6.5 is the new 5.0
went for a run cool down and figured out that 6.5 is the new 5.0 when i first started 5.0 felt like i was moving at light speed. this morning at 6.5 i was comfortable and steady.
i knew it was going to be an AWESOME day! love it when there is hardcore data to prove your progress. hooray!
