6.5 is the new 5.0

went for a run cool down and figured out that 6.5 is the new 5.0  when i first started 5.0 felt like i was moving at light speed.  this morning at 6.5 i was comfortable and steady.  

 

i knew it was going to be an AWESOME day!  love it when there is hardcore data to prove your progress.  hooray!

slave to the scale

do you think the scale is a friend or a foe?  

i have become a SLAVE to mine.  not sure its all that effective OR healthy……

early morning cycling followed by some strength training and core workout.  basically the kicking of my own butt after some cardio warm up.
