finally

ugh! my feet finally kept moving. it wasnt a great run but my 61 minute time makes me feel good about longleaf on sunday. i ran without soles in my shoes, the right sports bra, and sans water. i am definitely thinking that 1:23ish is in my future for sunday. holler!

not in a groove yet

so im peddling my little legs off, which feel like bricks from saturdays workout, but i am not moving. about 2 miles into my ride i realize i am still in the little ring up front from my workout wednesday morning. after i fixed my gears i got moving. but my legs still feel like bricks.
